These are some character bios
I wrote some. (pics next to each bio)

GOKU
APPEARANCE:
Black spikey hair, tall, black eyes, strong build.
CLOTHES:
Since Goku is the main character of the series he wears many different clothes. But he normally sticks to his traditional orange gi.
- Orange Gi, blue under vest, blue belt, black boots. Worn mostly throughout the series
- Saiyan armor with straps, blue jump suit, white gloves, saiyan boots. Worn in the room of time and spirit when training for the Cell games.
- White Gi, blue belt, black boots. Worn at the end of Dragonball GT.
- Blue Gi, orange pants, blue belt, black boots. Worn throughout Dragonball GT.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
Fusion,Genki-Dama,Shunkan Idou,Jan-Ken Punch,Kaio-Ken,Kame Hame Ha,Kiaiho,Zanzoken,Kienzan,Oozaru, Renzoku,Kikou Ha,Ryuken,Shunkanido,SSJ,USSJ,SSJ2, SSJ3,SSJ4,Taiyoken,Telepathy
The three series are all about the star Goku and the rest of the Z fighters. His real name is Kakaroto. Not only is he a great warrior, but also a spectacular leader. Throughout the entire series, he had inspired many, including both of his sons, Gohan and Goten and especially Vegeta. He is a diligent and hardworking person who would never fail to take on new challenges. That is why he's the star of the big three; Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and Dragonball GT.

GOHAN
APPEARANCE:
Black Eyes, Black and spikey hair, large body build.
CLOTHES:
Gohan wears many different clothes during Dragonball Z, as we see him grow from a baby.
- Blue Training Gi with black boots and red belt. This is given to him by Piccolo for his survival training.
- Namek uniform with white cape and turban. Also given to him by Piccolo for the Cell Games.
- Saiyan Armor, with blue jump suit, and white saiyan boots. This is given to Gohan by Bulma for his training in the Room of Time and spirit.
- Orange Gi with blue under shirt, blue belt, and black boots. He wears this when fighting Majin Buu.
- Kaioshin uniform. This was given to him by Kabito and Kaioshin for his training on Kaioshin's planet.
- Great Saiyaman costume. This is worn for when Gohan was fighting crime. Metalic helmet, Green suit, black boots, and cape.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:

Gohan is Goku's first son and one of the strongest beings alive. He has always admired Piccolo as a second father and admired his father as the srongest and greatest warrior in the galaxy. After Goku died fighting Raditz, he was trained by Piccolo. He ran away from his training and went home only to go back after learing that the world depended on him. After the fight with the saiyans Gohan's power increased dramaticly. It showed when he went to Namek with Krillin and Bulma to gather the dragonballs. Gohan becomes good friends with Krillin up until Gohan hits his teens.
Gohan isnt that much of a main character early in the show but after Future Trunks arrives we notice Gohan isnt that much of a main character early in the show but after Future Trunks arrives we notice Gohan take on a bigger role in the show. He reaches super saiyan for the first time while training with Goku in the Room of time and spirit. Near death during the Cell Games Gohan is able to reach Super Saiyan level 2, making him the strongest warrior at that time. Later in the series when fighting Majin Buu Gohan is given the privelage of receiving a powerup from the great Dai-Kaioshin who comes out of the Zed Sword. Because of this powerup Gohan becomes "Mystic" Gohan. Being "Mystic" makes him superior to Majin Buu and he is easily able to beat him, until he is tricked. Able the Buu saga Gohan takes more to the books and doesnt reach his full fighting potential. He marries Videl, and they have a daughter Pan.

GOTEN
APPEARANCE:
Black eyes, Black spikey hair, Short
CLOTHES:
Goten wears only his traditional orange gi.
- Orange Gi, blue under vest, blue belt, black boots. Worn mostly throughout the series
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
Bukujutsu,Fusion,KameHameHa,SSJ,Zanzoken
Goten is the second son of Goku and Chi Chi. He is born while Goku is in heaven, so he is even a little scared of his dad when they first meet. He is very powerful, like his father, as he is also half Saiyan. He first goes Super Saiyan at the age of 7, becoming the youngest person ever to do so. He is far stronger than either his dad or his older brother, Gohan, were at his age. Goten is good friends with Trunks, since both of them are about the same age (Trunks is one year older). Trunks is the more powerful of the two, since he is older. Goten and Trunks fuse together to form Gotenks, argueably one of the strongest characters in the Dragonball world. Towards the end of the series, Goten becomes really lazy, so he doesn't develop his fighting skills to their full potential.

VEGETA
APPEARANCE:
Black Eyes, Black and tall hair, large body build.
CLOTHES:
Vegeta wears many different clothes during DragonballZ.
- Saiyan Armor with shoulder pads, blue jump suit, and saiyan boots. This is worn when we first meet Vegeta on earth.
- Saiyan Armor with smaller shoulder pads, black jump suit, and saiyan boots. This is worn on Namek in the fight against Freiza.
- Saiyan Armor with shoulder straps, blue jump suit, and saiyan boots. This is worn in the Android/Cell saga.
- Blue jump suit with sleeves cut, white gloves, and saiyan boots. This is worn during the rest of DBZ during and after the Buu Saga.

Final Flash
Energy Zan
Vegeta was once prince of the planet Vegeta. His father was King Vegeta and his mother is unknown. When he was young, Furiza took over planet Vegeta, and later destroyed it and everyone on it. Luckily, Vegeta was on Furiza's ship at the time, and did not die with the rest of the Saiyans. Vegeta, with two other Saiyans who had survived, Raditz and Nappa, were under Furiza's control for many years, until Raditz was sent to Earth to find his brother, Goku. On Earth Raditz is killed but not before he let Vegeta and Nappa know about the dragonballs. Hungry for power, Vegeta set a course for Earth, only to find they were no match for Goku, who had been training for a year for there arrival. Vegeta killed Nappa after making a fool of himself, but despite how strong he was compared to his partner, Goku still beat him. Vegeta left Earth already planning his revenge. After another unlikely turn of events on the planet Namek, Vegeta ended up back on Earth, and eventually learned to put up with Z warriors.
Vegeta never becomes stronger then Goku, but is always there to help the Z warriors. Vegeta reaches super saiyan status in the Android Saga, and reaches Super Saiyan level 2 when he becomes a Majin in the Buu saga. Vegeta later "hooks" up with Bulma and they have two children, Trunks, and Bra. Vegeta eventually forgets his evil ways and fights for good... rather then evil.

FUTURE TRUNKS
APPEARANCE:
Blue Eyes, Purple and stringy hair, large body build.
CLOTHES:
Trunks wears only two different pairs of clothes since we only see him a short time.
- Saiyan Armor with shoulder straps, blue jump suit, and saiyan boots. This is worn in the Android/Cell saga.
- Capsule Corp tee-shirt with a Capsule Corp jacket, yellow belt, black pants, and yellow capsule corp boots.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
Bukujutsu,Finish Buster,Burning Attack,SSJ,USSJ, Zanzoken
Trunks is first introduced as the "mysterious youth." He quickly defeats Frieza and King Cold, which ends the threat of Frieza. Everyone is at awe to see someone so young and be a super saiyan. Trunks waits for Goku to arrive and reveals everything. he tells of 2 androids that will destroy the earth and kill practicly everyone. These androids will show in 3 years. Trunks tells Goku that he come from the Future to stop the androids and that Goku must stop them. Goku agrees and Trunks leaves... Everyone then decides to train like crazy to become strong enough to defeat the androids. Three years later Trunks arrives again, this time ready to fight with the Z warriors against the androids. Vegeta then finds the true identity of Trunks, the son of Vegeta and Bulma. This was kept from Bulma and Vegeta for three years by Piccolo and Goku. Unlike Chibi Trunks Future Trunks doesnt have a sister though. Eventually Mirai Trunks defeats the Androids with the help of the Z warriors. he becomes extremely strong due to his training in the Room of Time and Spirit. He is the first to surpass Super Saiyan by becoming Ultra Super Saiyan, although useless to Cell.
Trunks finally leaves to the future again. In the future he finally defeats the androids in his own time without a problem ending the horror in his life.
Future Trunks is much more stronger then chibi trunks due to his hard life, and experiencing the Cell games with allowed him to train in the room of Time and Spirit. Chibi trunks becomes strong but never becomes as strong as Mirai Trunks. Mirai Trunks life after the Cell game is unknown, but we know he was training by Gohan in his own time period before he was killed by the androids.

GOTENKS
APPEARANCE:
Small (childlike), muscular, purple and black hair.
CLOTHES:
There is only one article of clothing which is worn by a fused character. That being...
- Purple and yellow waste coat, Weighted wristbands, Gi trousers, Black boots.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
Wild boar,Power tackle,Miracle super punch, Great kick special,Metal machine gun punch, Final shooting score,Galactic Doughnut, KamiKaziGhost,Ultra Buu Volley Ball,SSJ,SSJ2,SSJ3
Gotenks is the product of the fusion (dance) between Goten and Trunks. He is first introduced into Dragonballz during the Buu saga and also appears in movie 12 and 13.Gotenks is extremely powerful, but extremely cocky and overconfident, which gets him into trouble and also makes him hella funny. He is also fond of making up useless special attacks that don't cause much damage to opponents.

VEGETTO
APPEARANCE:
Similar to Vegeta's Build, Very muscular, Black hair.
CLOTHES:
We onyl see Vegetto wear one article of clothing
- Weighted Dark-Purple Gi with Orange Gi shirt SaiyanBoots, Gloves
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:
All of Vegeta's and Goku's moves combined with the exception of Suepr Saiyan Level 4.
Vegetto is the product of the fusion (Potara earrings) between Vegeta and Goku. He is first introduced into Dragonballz during the Buu saga. Similarly to Gotenks,Vegetto is very overconfident which can sometimes be a weakness during combat. He also follows a few of Vegetas traits(i.e verbally abusing enemies).During the Buu saga this fusion was intended to be permanent, but when Vegetto entered Kid Buu Vegeta and Goku were able to defuse.In this fusion form Vegeta is dominant.
